Buongiorno! That's what they say here for good day. The plane trip over was fun, we watched movies, sent inflight texts to each other, played games and tried really hard to sleep. Stopped at Abu Dhabi where we changed planes from V Australia to Etihad. The flight attendants were great. We flew at about 40,000 feet in the air which is more than 10kms high in the sky! Over Afghanistan! We arrived at Milan where Dad picked us up and we went back and had a shower at his hotel room which was part of the airport - really cool. We then had a long drive down to Florence, the drivers here are crazy. Through heaps of tunnels. They drive on the wrong side of the road and they go so fast. Will post about where we are staying in our next post.
