Today we went to Florence for the second time to go to the Uffizi, an art museum. The Uffizi holds paintings and sculptures from thousands of years ago. Some of the worlds most famous painters have paintings in there some including Michelangelo and Botticelli, even some of Leonardo Da Vinci's paintings were there. In the Uffizi some of the paintings were covered up but we did get to see a few that were very interesting and for some reason a lot of the paintings and sculptures are naked but Mum said that it was because of the trend in those days!!! After we had finished at the Uffizi we went home and went to the pool for a swim. We stayed there for about one hour and then went home to have some dinner. We went out for dinner that night at Nyx. We had pizza and pasta.
